I recently made this Shake and it is to die for, so very rich and creamy.
Being Vegan sometimes it’s difficult to add creaminess into your food and drinks, so I’m always on the lookout for alternatives.
- 500-600ml Coconut Milk (Boxed, I used Koko)
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk (Canned)
- 1/4 Cup Canned Mango Pulp (1/2 or a whole fresh soft juicy Mango chopped)
- Pop everything into a blender, and blend away.
